Many people have helped out with phpDocumentor throughout its development. Everyone who has commited code or submitted patches should be listed in the Authors files. While many have added small additions the majority of the code was written by Joshua Eichorn and Greg Beaver.

Josh originally started the phpDocumentor project after reading an article on phpBuilder.com. Today he mainly takes care of admin tasks and design work for phpDocumentor.

Greg Beaver's interest in phpDocumentor grew from the need to document the backend of http://www.chiaraquartet.net, the website for his day job. Greg has been a very active developer and most of phpDocumentor\'s recent features are thanks to him
